Josip Cvitanovic handles the drone work, video production, and photography for Nikki’s real estate listings, helping showcase homes through high-quality visuals that highlight what makes each property unique. Born in Bellingham, Washington, Josip has grown up around the real estate business and has developed a natural eye for capturing homes in a way that tells the story of the property and gives buyers a strong first impression online.

Using drone footage, listing videos, and photography, Josip helps create the visual marketing used across property listings, social media, and promotional materials. His work adds a modern media element to the business and helps bring listings to life for today’s buyers.

Josip is currently in 10th grade and is actively building his media portfolio, gaining experience with aerial filming, photography, editing, and visual storytelling. After high school, he hopes to pursue Media Arts with a minor in Communications, combining creativity with marketing and media production.

Outside of media work and school, Josip is an active football player, enjoys snowboarding, and spends a lot of time riding dirt bikes and mountain bikes. He’s also known among the neighbors for being a bit of a wheelie master. His love of sports, adventure, and the outdoors reflects the same energy and creativity he brings to his media work for the family business.
