Nikki Cvitanović is a third-generation REALTOR® with over 20+ years of experience helping buyers and sellers make smart, confident moves.

 

Originally from Hawaiʻi, Nikki is proudly Hawaiian, Chinese, and Croatian. She treats every client with aloha,  a word that means far more than hello or goodbye. Aloha represents love, respect, compassion, kindness, and a deep responsibility to care for others. It is about serving with integrity and doing business the right way.

 

Nikki began her real estate career in Seattle in 1999 with Windermere Real Estate, learning the industry from the ground up. She quickly built a reputation for clear communication, strong negotiation, and consistent results.

 

In 2011, she married Ante and moved to Vancouver, B.C., where they successfully built their Canadian real estate business. Today, she serves clients on both sides of the border.

 

As a Cross-Border Relocation and Investment Specialist (Canada ↔ Washington), Nikki helps families and investors navigate timing, financing, and the many details involved in buying and selling across borders.

 

Real estate is in Nikki’s blood. Her grandmother is a REALTOR® for over 40 years and first sparked her love for the business. That legacy continued with her mother, a brokerage owner in Las Vegas who has expanded into Costa Rica. Today, Nikki proudly carries on the tradition in the US and Canada, with her two sons helping with social media, drone work, and photography.
