Kasimir supports the Washington side of the business by assisting with operations and logistics. Born in Anacortes, Washington, he brings an organized, hands-on approach to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Growing up in a real estate family, Kasimir has been around the business his entire life and understands the importance of preparation, timing, and attention to detail. He helps coordinate property logistics, marketing preparation, and day-to-day operational tasks that support clients and listings throughout Washington State.

Currently pursuing his Visual Arts degree at the University of British Columbia, Kasimir balances academics with his growing role in the family real estate business, bringing energy, reliability, and a next-generation perspective to the team.

Outside of work and school, Kasimir is very active in sports. He enjoys playing flag football, basketball, and volleyball, and recently took up snowboarding this year. He also gives back to the community through coaching. Over the past three years, he has volunteered as a coach with his former school’s 8th grade and Junior Varsity football teams, and this year he is serving as a volunteer coach with the Varsity football team.

Kasimir brings the same teamwork, discipline, and energy from the field into the family business as he continues to grow his role in operations and logistics.
